3、Responsible for recruiting、build-up and continuous improvement of the team's competency and performances.

job requirement:

1、minimum 6 years of Android framework and/or apps development experiences,and in-depth understanding and knowledge with Android system/framewor architecture
2、Proficient in c, c++,and java
3、in-depth understanding and hands-on experiences of Agile sw development methods
4、Excellent and proven track records of people and team leading experiences/skills
5、good communication skills
6、English proficiency in both oral and written
7、Open to changes,quick learner,and self-motivated in a fast paced environment
