1、Lead a medium-sized team to deliver high quality imaging software in one of these areas:Camera UI/apps,middleware,drivers,etc、
2、Owner of all the key aspects of responsible areas:functionat/nonfunctional requirements,technical topics,on time and high quality project deliveries
3、Responsible for recruiting、build-up and continuous improvement of the team's competency and performances

job requirement:

1、minimum 6、years of development experiences in Linux/Android kernel,and in-depth understanding and knowlefge with Android system architecture
2、Proficient in c, c++,java
3、in-depth understanding and hands-on experiences of Agile sw development methods
4、Excellent and proven track records of people and team leading experiences/skills
5、good communication skills
6、English proficiency in both oral and written
7、Open to changes,quick learner,and self-motivated in a fast paced environment
