PIE总监

职责描述：
1) 主导成熟产品转移项目，与母厂或客户技术对接，建立厂内的产品流程及工艺落地，实施短流程验证及最终产品验证，推向量产；
Take charge the mature product transfer project, technical discussion with mother fab or customer, set up Fab product full flow and process capability, own short loop verification and product qualification, then pull in for the mass production;
2) 解决成熟产品转移过程中出现的问题，主导DOE，彻底解决问题；
Resolve problems arisen from product transfer, design experiment and provide final solution;
3) 负责MEMS产品的整体工艺流程及其技术要求（PFMEA、control plan等），并进行持续改善和优化；
In charge of MEMS product process flow and technical spec(PFMEA、control plan, etc.), also keep optimization;
4) 主导MEMS产品的工艺验证和产品验证，做到电性/可靠性/良率达标，并持续改善；
Be responsible for the MEMS product process and product qualification, meet electrical/reliability/yield request, and keep improving them;
5) 把关量产产品的工艺能力评估及产品工艺流程变更，并主导其成功验证；
Gating mass production process ability assessment and product flow change, and guarantee the qualification success;
6) 监控量产产品的线上工艺参数，电性测试和良率分析，提高工艺流程稳定性和产品良率;
Take responsibility of mass production inline technical characteristics, electric measurement (WAT), and yield analysis, improve the process flow stability and product yield;
7) 独立主导项目，带领PIE团队，与各工程部和协作单位良好沟通，达成目标。
Lead a project and PIE team, to achieve the goal with good communication and team work.

任职要求：
1.硕士及以上学历，微电子、半导体、材料、理工科类相关专业;最好是博士
Master or above, major in microelectronics, semiconductor, or related engineering;
2.10年以上半导体行业PIE/PDE工作经验, 5年以上项目和团队管理经验，MEMS优先;
More than 5 years' experience about PIE/PDE, 2 years' project and team management experience at least, MEMS prior;
3.英语六级及以上，具备优秀的英文听说读写能力；
CET-6 or above, excellent ability in listening, speaking, reading & written English;
4.熟练使用office办公软件;
Competent in using MS-Office software.
